This world is full of confusions and troubles because men are judging each other "before the time". God's Word is not saying that there should be no judgment in this His creation. Neither is it saying that no man can judge another. It is saying don't do that to each other "before the time". There is a time to plant and a time to pluck up that which was planted. Don't do the right thing at the wrong time. Such acts often brings confusions and troubles to no end.
God, in fact, expect man to be judge, as man was created after the image of God. "Whoso sheddeth man's blood, by man shall his blood be shed: for in the image of God made he man." (Gen 9:6) "Righteous judgment" is expected of man, not that man should take things into his own hand, but that he should act as judge in a given community in which he lives. This means that God expect rules and laws among men who would live together in peace and co-operation. Such rules and laws should be enacted, respected and upheld by all in the community. To that end, good and uncorrupt teachers, policemen, lawyers, judges, executioner are necessary in any given human society. The "time" to judge is the time, when through proper channel, a man is charged and judged by the public court of that community in which he lives. Any other judgment "before the time" is to take thing into one's own hand. It is to show disrespect of the Word of God.
The largest human community in this world is the whole human race where no customs, colours, or any such things divide men. There in that community, God Himself shall be the judge. "God shall judge the secrets of men by Jesus Christ." (Rom 2:16) "The Father judgeth no man, but hath committed all judment unto the Son: .." The time of this judgment is the Second Coming of Christ. Any Christian or Christian institution that tries to judge "before the time" is acting with disrespect of the Word of God. What God has revealed we must declare with confidence and certainty. That does not mean that we act unwisely before the time. We must be patience to wait upon the Lord and meanwhile to do good in the spread of the Gospel which prepares men to meet on that great and glrious DAy of the Lord.
As believers we are being prepared for that "time" when we pray often thus: "Lord, all my desire is before thee; and my groaning is not hid from thee. — Examine me, O Lord, and prove me; try my reins and my heart." May God grant you and I such prayers in our lives on earth.
