So let my light shine, O Lord, at Calvary!: Daily Light on Daily Path

Dear friend,

Psa 139:17 How precious also are thy thoughts unto me, O God!

There can be no thoughts without life. God thinks because He is the true and living God. So life preceeds non-life as the Living God bring into existence all created things around us. It is a false premise that life comes from non-life. To begin with that can only lead to all forms of ungodliness, no matter how profound one's thoughts may be following such an unfounded premise.

Since man was assigned to have dominion over God's creatures, God's thoughts have been discovered and studied to no end. We categorize and keep them for the generations to come and improve on them. Our mistake is the failure to recognize them as the thoughts of God, but as the result of chance and evolution. So instead of admiration, praise and worship of the Almighty, we vainly imagine that it is all a matter of survival and prevention of utter destruction due to unwise misuse of resources. This the ungodly scientists are advocating in the current, serious matter of global warming. Godly people should call men to repentance as there shall be no peace to the wicked ungodly. (Isa 48:22; 57:21) Global warming cannot be solved without getting right with God.

We who would increase in true knowledge must worship and pray because true knowledge comes only from Him Who alone knows. Such knowledge are very precious to those who know as it unites all things in Christ. Such knowledge does not come through the exercise of the wisdom and prudence of man, but by the mercy and grace of God to the babes in Christ. If you are a babe in Christ, you have an access to this knowledge.

Worship, pray and search the Scriptures, and you will discover that it is your Father's good pleasure to give you this knowledge which will delight your souls.

In all your pursuit of knowledge, are you knowing the true and living God? Do you know Him as the God of Salvation in Jesus Christ, without Whom was not any made that was made?

How precious also are thy thoughts unto me, O God!
